These chillies are picked, dried, (some are cold smoked) and blended to produce a truly psychotic mix full of flavour and searing unforgettable heat! Use sparingly, as very little of my products will go a long way to firing up any dish or drink with ripping heat. Take care not to hold the chilli powder containers over steaming food (better to tip some onto a spoon), as the moisture will cause the powder in the jar to clump! Keep well away from children and do NOT allow my products to contact your eyes or other sensitive parts of your anatomy! Oh yeah, one more thing, best of luck on the dunny the next day!
